Nestled among the trees, offering sweeping woodland views and an unforgettable sense of escape, each lodge is set in a different position onsite. Whether you're sinking into a sumptuous leather sofa or wrapped in one of our signature fluffy Studford dressing gowns on your way to the sauna, comfort and luxury are all around you.

Each lodge comfortably accommodates up to six guests and includes three private parking spaces directly outside. Inside, you’ll find three spacious super king bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom—two featuring walk-in showers and one with a shower over bath. Every bedroom has sliding doors that open onto the surrounding decking, allowing you to step straight into nature.

The heart of the lodge is a large open-plan living area, complete with a dining table for six, a comfortable seating space, and a modern entertainment system. This area flows seamlessly onto an expansive outdoor decking space, fully equipped with rattan furniture, a large parasol, a hot tub for six, two sun loungers, and a BBQ—perfect for alfresco dining and relaxation.

For the chillier months, a private sauna and Italian wood burner adds an extra touch of warmth and luxury, making your stay inviting year-round.

All Six Lodges Include

- All of the lodges share the same layout and design, the only different is some subtle variations in interior styling and the location on the site.

- All lodges sleep up to 6 adults + 2 children up to the age of 12 on either a camp bed (at an additional charge) or we have cots available (free of charge). 

 

  • 3 ensuite Super King bedrooms (x2 Walk-in Shower ensuites & x1 Shower over bath ensuite) (Can be made up as either one super king bed for two adults or two twin beds)

  • Open-plan living area 

  • Fully equipped kitchen (Including a double American style fridge freezer with an integrated ice machine)

  • Utility Area (Including a Washing machine, Tumble dryer, drying rack, iron and ironing board)

Pricing Structure

- Our calendar is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You can book up to 1 year and 13 days in advance of your arrival date.

- We accept arrivals on any day of the week — there are no fixed or set arrival days.

Standard Rate 

Based on up to 6 guests sharing 1 Lodge (Use of full lodge, all 3 ensuite bedrooms and outdoor space) Available Monday to Sunday

One Bedroom Lodge Rate 

Based on 2 guests sharing 1 Lodge with the use of 1 Bedroom (Use of full lodge, 1 ensuite bedroom and outdoor space, 2 Bedrooms will be locked) Please note: this rate plan is only available Monday to Friday.

Two Bedroom Lodge Rate

Based on 4 guests sharing 1 Lodge with the use of 2 Bedrooms (Use of full lodge, 2 ensuite bedrooms and outdoor space, 1 Bedroom will be locked) Please note: this rate plan is only available Monday to Friday.

 

High Season Rates

July, August, Christmas, New Year, School Holidays & Bank Holidays fall in our high season band bracket.

 

Christmas and NYE

Bookings for the two-week period starting from the Monday of Christmas week (covering both Christmas and New Year) cannot be made online. These dates are always closed for online reservations and are available only on a first-come, first-served basis or via the waitlist system managed by Charlotte at reception.

To enquire, please email Charlotte — she will provide you with availability and pricing details. Please note: Christmas and New Year’s Eve are high peak season dates, and pricing will vary accordingly.

 

Additional Charges

To help you plan your stay, please note the following additional charges to your booking:

-          £25 Dog Charge (per dog)
Maximum of 2 dogs per lodge. Dog-friendly lodges: Lodges 3, 4 & 5.

-          £50 Camp Bed (per camp bed)
Up to 2 camp beds per lodge, suitable for children aged 12 and under.

-          Cot 

Bookable upon request. Free of charge​

-          High Chair 
Bookable upon request. Free of charge

Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy

Payment

  • A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking if your arrival date is more than 6 weeks away.

  • The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.

  • Bookings made within 6 weeks of arrival require full payment at the time of booking.

  • If the balance is not received by the due date, the booking will be automatically cancelled and the deposit retained.

Accepted payment methods:

  • BACS (bank transfer)

  • Card payment over the phone via Studford reception

  • Paypal

Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email. Phone cancellations will not be accepted.

  • Free cancellation (including a full deposit refund) is available if cancelled at least 3 months before arrival.

  • Cancellations made within 3 months of arrival will result in the loss of the 25% deposit.

  • Cancellations made within 6 weeks of arrival are non-refundable and the full booking fee will be charged.

  • Christmas and New Year bookings are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Booking Date Changes

  • One date change is permitted per booking.

  • If the date change request is made more than 6 weeks before arrival, the booking can be moved to any date within the same calendar year. Rates will be adjusted according to the new season’s pricing.

  • If the request is made within 6 weeks of arrival, the full balance must still be paid and the new date must also fall within the same calendar year. However, no price adjustments will be made if the new date falls into a lower season.
